Ingredients: magnesium oil, shea butter, mango butter, jojoba oil, rice bran oil, emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol, natural preservative, lavender and vanilla essential oils

Directions:

Helps soothe muscle aches + anxiety + sleep + restless legs. May tingle initially as that is a sign of a magnesium deficiency. Rub into feet, legs, chest, wrists or temples to calm and soothe.

NOTE: If your lotion is exposed to changing temperatures whether that is heat or cold the natural magnesium oil could separate from the luxury butters. No worries though.  Simply remelt your lotion in a glass bowl and stir vigorously until white and creamy.  Pour back into your little white farm tub and resume use.  Natural materials made with zero, zip, nada, no stabilizers do not like temperature shifts.  It's so worth it though.
