Shipping and Production
As a small business we are working around the clock to get packages out quickly. We thank you for shopping small and supporting Little White Farm. It truly means everything to us.
Shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Little White Farm. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Little White Farm has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier. All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped.
Free Shipping is available on retail orders $100+. If you take advantage of this offer, we will ship your order in the most economical way possible. Please keep this in mind when placing holiday/ special orders. Any free shipping option is valid on US standard shipping only for the contiguous US (islands, AK, and HI are excluded). Free shipping promotion is not active during certain sales and promotions.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.
Little White Farm is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the transit. That being said please do not leave your packages outside in extreme heat or cold.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, or tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. USPS at 1-800-222-1811 or your local post office or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
Retail Purchases
All product is for personal use only. All retail purchases are intended for personal use and are not to be resold.
Wholesale Purchases

All wholesale purchases must be sold by the purchasing entity and are not to be resold to or on a third party (Etsy, Amazon, etc.). Payment is due at the time of purchase. Wholesale orders are exempt from free shipping and additional discount codes.
